I had my tubes tied 8 years ago. I never had any problems with late cycles. My cycle was late for a month. Pregnacy test negative. My cycle came on really heavy than normal with blood clots. No pain just cramping. Do you think I had a misscarriage or ectopic preg? I have no insurance can’t afford health insurance right now. Symptoms feels like a abnormal cycle. What should I do? Not in any pain, just bleeding heavily than before.

I did a tubal ligation on november 30th 2010
However, my menstral is late.Should i call my doctor, should i be worried?

i am 45 years and 6 months old. I have not seen my period 3 days past due time. I don’t ‘feel’ pregnant. What could be the matter? Can menopause start abruptly? Or should i still wait a few days longer?
